Ideas to try at home

We understand that lots of time indoors can take its toll on behaviour and our mental health, particularly if this includes long periods of unstructured time. Take a look at these different activity calendars Miss Irwin has found to give you a focus for the day or week. And ticking off even one thing you've done that day, can really boost your mood and give you a sense of achievement. Enjoy.
